§ 3-111. Liability for electronic monitoring program fees.

The persons who shall be liable for the payment of the fees established by section 3-110 shall be: the father, mother, spouse, or other person liable for the support of a minor, the estate of that person, and the estate of the minor. The liability of these persons and estates shall be a joint and several liability. Provided, however, that liability shall be imposed on a person pursuant to this section only if he or she has the financial ability to pay, as determined pursuant to section 3-112.
