§ 3-175. Amount of library facilities fees.

The amount of development impact fees for library facilities authorized and levied pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be as specified in the Impact Fee Resolution adopted by the board of supervisors.

The Butte County Public Facilities Fee Nexus Study 2012 Update, dated October 5, 2012, shall be referenced for general calculation of the levied fees.
