§ 3-182. Deposit of library facilities fee revenues in library facilities account.

All revenues from the library facilities and equipment fees authorized and levied pursuant to the provisions of this article, less an authorized administration fee, shall, when received by the County of Butte, be deposited into a separate library facilities account thereafter appropriated and used only for the acquisition, development or improvement of library facilities in the manner hereinafter provided by this article. An authorized administrative fee shall be deposited into a separate impact fee administration account.
