§ 3-277. Deposit of fire facilities and vehicles fee revenues in fire facilities and vehicles fund.

All revenues from fire facilities and vehicles fees authorized and levied pursuant to the provisions of this article, other than an authorized administrative fee, shall, when received by the County of Butte, be deposited into a separate fire facilities and vehicles account thereafter appropriated and used only for the acquisition, development or improvement of fire facilities, vehicles and equipment in the manner hereinafter provided by this article. An administrative fee shall be deposited into a separate impact fee administration account.
