§ 3-301. Deposit of criminal justice facilities fee revenues in criminal justice facilities account.

All revenues from the criminal justice facilities fees authorized and levied pursuant to the provisions of this article, less an authorized administration fee, shall, when received by the County of Butte, be deposited into a separate criminal justice facilities account thereafter appropriated and used only for the acquisition, development or improvement of criminal justice facilities in the manner hereinafter provided by this article. An authorized administrative fee shall be deposited into a separate impact fee administration account.
