§ 3-314. Amount of health and social services facilities fees.

The amount of development impact fees for health and social services facilities authorized and levied pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be as specified in the Impact Fee Resolution adopted by the board of supervisors.

The Butte County Public Facilities Fee Nexus Study 2012 Update, dated October 5, 2012 shall be referenced for general calculation of the levied fees.
