Chapter 43. PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES

§ 43-17. Hourly rates.

Latest version.

Hourly fees for all personnel within the Environmental Health Division of the Public Health Department shall be as adopted by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors as part of the Butte County Master Fee Schedule.

This rate is subject to periodic adjustment based on the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Employment Cost Index (ECI) for State and Local Government.
