Chapter 43. PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES

§ 43-2. Payment of fees required.

Latest version.

The fees specified in this chapter shall be paid at the time of the filing of the application or request for service. In no event will an application or request be determined or deemed complete and action taken thereon unless and until the applicable fees have been paid in full.
