§ 43-4. Refund policy.
(a)
Refunds may be made for all fees erroneously paid or collected.
(b)
Refunds may be made for services not rendered. All refunds shall be less departmental costs (e.g., filing fee, plan review, inspection).
(c)
No refunds shall be made for renewal fees or annual operational permits.
(d)
Claims for refunds shall be submitted on Butte County general claim forms by the person who paid the fee.
(e)
Claims for refunds must be made within one (1) year of the date the fee was paid.
