§ 46-1. Application of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the County of Butte, a political subdivision of the State of California, as defined in the Center-Led Contracting/Procurement Policies and Procedures Manual that sets forth the rules and regulations for the administration of this chapter.
