Chapter 47A. VIDEO REGULATIONS FOR STATE FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS

§ 47A-1. Authority, citation and applicability.

This chapter is enacted by the board of supervisors pursuant to the authority granted to it by Section 5900(c) of the Public Utilities Code. The board of supervisors shall enforce all of the customer service and protection standards as specified or referenced in Section 5900, but may not adopt or seek to enforce any additional or different customer service or performance standards.
