§ 50-6. Applicability.

The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all dischargers and potential dischargers located within the unincorporated area of the County within the Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) General Permit area, as depicted in the Butte County Stormwater Management Program, that discharge either directly or indirectly into the County storm drain system.
