§ 50-31. Enforcement authority.

(a)

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter is subject to either, administrative, civil, or criminal liability as provided in the Butte County Code.

(b)

The Administrator is granted the authority to use any of the provisions of Sections 50-34 through 50-37, where appropriate, and Chapter 41 to correct violations of and to secure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
