§ 50-35. Charging cost of abatement/liens.

After abatement of the nuisance by the County, the Administrator shall notify the property owner of the cost of abatement, including administrative costs. The bill shall also state that failure to pay the Abatement and Administrative Costs within fifteen (15) days from service of the bill may result in the recording of a lien and the placement of a special assessment against the property per Butte County Code Section 32A-5(j), (k), (l), and (m).
