Chapter 52. ELECTRONIC FILING CAMPAIGN DISCLOSURE

§ 52-2. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to require online electronic filing by any elected officer, candidate, committee, or other person required to file specified statements, reports, or other documents with the Butte County elections official as required by Chapter 4 of the Political Reform Act in order to facilitate review and maximize the availability of this information to the public.
