§ 7-7.1. Glass beverage containers on or in the waters of Butte Creek.

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, deposit, or cause to be deposited any glass beverage container on, or in, the waters of any portion of Butte Creek or the adjacent banks of such waters within the limits of the county.
