§ 7-21. Night aquaplaning or water skiing.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a boat, vehicle or any other motive power which is pulling or towing any aquaplane or water skier or for any person to ride any aquaplane or water skis between half an hour after sunset and half an hour before, sunrise.
