§ 8-9. Divisions, services and staff of the Butte County Emergency Management Organization.

The functions and duties of the Butte County Emergency Management Organization shall be distributed among such divisions, services and special staff as the Butte County Disaster Council shall prescribe by resolution, subject to the approval of the board of supervisors.
