Chapter 9. DANCE HALLS AND SKATING RINKS

§ 9-12. Employment of security.

Any person who conducts a public dance or skating rink shall employ at his own expense a security approved by the sheriff of the county to supervise the conduct of all persons in attendance at such dance or skating rink, whether inside or outside of the structure used for dancing or skating.
