Chapter 9. DANCE HALLS AND SKATING RINKS

§ 9-2. "Skating rink" defined.

A "skating rink" for the purposes of this chapter is hereby defined to be any enclosure used for the purpose of roller or ice skating, in the unincorporated territory of the county, at which a fee, charge or compensation for admission is exacted.
