Chapter 9. DANCE HALLS AND SKATING RINKS

§ 9-4. Same—Application.

A person desiring to hold a public dance or to open, carry on or conduct a public dance hall or any hall, room, pavilion or place in which a public dance is to be held or a skating rink shall make application for a license or permit to do so by filing such application with the treasurer of the county, which application shall describe the hall, room, pavilion, place or rink wherein it is desired to conduct a public dance hall or skating rink and his application shall be accompanied by the fees prescribed by section 9-7.
