The county free library shall be maintained in accordance with an act entitled "An Act to Provide for the Establishment and Maintenance of County Free Libraries in the State of California, and repealing an act entitled, 'An Act to Provide County Library Systems, approved April 12, 1909, and all acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act,' approved February 25, 1911, and all amendments thereto."
