§ 13-12. Bonding.

The director shall recommend financial assurances in such form and amounts as may be deemed necessary to assure that the permitted work, if not completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, will be corrected to eliminate hazardous conditions or to mitigate environmental impact.
