§ 13-13. Director's report.

Upon receipt of a complete application for a grading permit by the director, completion of an environmental review pursuant to section 13-7, and the director's consideration thereof, the director shall submit a report including his recommendations to the zoning administrator together with a request that the matter be set for hearing.
