§ 13-107. Initial study.

Unless it is immediately determined that an Environmental Impact Report is required, the Planning Division will be responsible for conducting the Initial Study to determine the project's status in respect to the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq. The environmental review shall be conducted consistent with the adopted Butte County Environmental Review Guidelines.
