§ 14-12. Failure to obey signals.

All persons are required to obey traffic signals erected in accordance with this article and failure to obey such signals shall constitute a misdemeanor all in accordance with the laws and statutes for the state and in particular in accordance with section 21500 and 40000 of the Vehicle Code of the state.
