§ 2-76. Discharge of present members; board to make new appointments.

The present and incumbent members of the planning commission are hereby discharged with the deep appreciation and thanks of the board of supervisors, on their own behalf, as well as on behalf of the people of Butte County. Upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 1795, the terms of the members of the presently existing planning commission are terminated and upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 1795, the board of supervisors shall make new appointments pursuant to the provisions of section 2-68.
