§ 2-161. Designation of officer under Government Code Section 25538.5.

The District Attorney of the County of Butte, and/or a deputy duly authorized by such officer, is designated under the provisions of Section 25538.5 of the Government Code to sell or convey any and all real property seized and forfeited pursuant to Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 11470) of Division 10 of the Health and Safety Code or Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 186) of Part 1, Title 7 of the Penal Code.
