§ 31-11.110. Commercial solid waste.

"Commercial solid waste" means all types of solid wastes generated by stores, business offices, commercial warehouses, manufacturing plants, nonprofit organizations, multifamily residential complexes, government offices, schools and other commercial sources, excluding residences with less than five (5) dwelling units, and excluding industrial wastes.
