§ 31-31. Performance bond.

The licensee shall submit a performance bond or some other security device acceptable to the County in the amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00), which bond or security device shall be for the benefit of the public to assure compliance with this chapter as well as performance of services that have been collected for. Performance bonds submitted in order to comply with the provisions of this section shall be maintained by the licensee during the entire period that the license is in force and shall contain a provision that the bond will not be canceled without thirty (30) days' written notice to the LEA. Upon cancellation of said bond, the license shall automatically terminate.
