§ 36-30. Petition for change of plea or setting aside verdict after termination of probation; costs.

Pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4(c), the costs of services rendered in connection with a petition for a change of plea or setting aside of a verdict, after termination of probation, under Penal Code section 1203.4(a), is one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00).
