§ 36-31. Costs for dismissal of charges.

Pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4a(c), the cost of services rendered in connection with a petition for dismissal of a charge, after compliance with and performance of the sentence of the court by a non-probationed misdemeanant, under Penal Code section 1203.4a(a), is sixty dollars ($60.00).
