§ 3-112. Financial evaluation officer; evaluation of ability to pay.

The Butte County Treasurer-Tax Collector, or his or her designee, is hereby designated as the county financial evaluation officer for purposes of evaluating the financial ability of persons to pay the fees established in this article. In evaluating the family's financial ability to pay, the county financial officer shall take into consideration the family income, the necessary obligation of the family, and the number of persons dependent upon this income.
