§ 51-1. Authority and title.

Pursuant to the authority granted in Article XI, Section 7 of the California Constitution, the Board of Supervisors does enact this Ordinance, which shall be known and may be cited as the "Butte County Temporary Retention of the Purchasing Policy Manual during Transition to New Policies and Procedures Ordinance".
