§ 53-60. Reconstruction of a legal nonconforming structure.

Reconstruction of a legal nonconforming structure that has been demolished or destroyed shall begin within one-year after the fire debris removal is signed-off as complete by the Public Health Department's Environmental Health Division and shall be completed within three-years. Any reconstruction is subject to all applicable permit requirements and current building standards.
