§ 53-61. Reconstruction of single family dwellings.

Reconstruction of single family dwellings shall take place under the following circumstances:
A.

On parcels with fire debris a building permit and plans may be submitted but a building permit will not be approved until debris removal is signed-off as completed by the Public Health Department's Environmental Health Division.

B.

On vacant parcels building permits and plans may be submitted and approved provided that construction is one hundred (100) feet or greater from neighboring fire debris.
