Chapter 9. DANCE HALLS AND SKATING RINKS

§ 9-1. "Public dance" defined.

A "public dance" for the purposes of this chapter is hereby defined to be any dance in the unincorporated territory of the county at which a fee, charge or compensation for admission is exacted.
