§ 2-5. Affidavit of certain officers authorized to be taken by agent or assistant.

Latest version.

Pursuant to section 24355.1 of the Government Code, the affidavit required of each officer of Butte County authorized to collect money by Government Code section 24354, and the affidavit required of each officer of Butte County not authorized to collect money by Government Code section 24355, may be taken and subscribed by a deputy, designated agent or assistant of said officer.

Editor's note —Section 1 of Ord. No. 2080, enacted Feb. 26, 1980, repealed former § 2-5, relating to fees for building permits, derived from Ord. No. 520, § 3, and § 2-6, relating to the duration of permits, derived from Ord. No. 615, § 1. Section 2 of Ord. No. 2080 enacted a new § 2-5. Section 1 of Ord.
